The wheelchair service is provided by AJM Healthcare for residents currently registered with a GP in the NHS Derbyshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) area and who meet the NHS Eligibility criteria for the provision of wheelchairs.
The service will provide you with all NHS wheelchair services, including
- clinical assessments
- specialist seating
- delivery
- repairs and maintenance
- collection when the wheelchair is no longer required
